Payment&dispatching

1.Payment should be made within 3 days after you place order. We accept payment by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Western Union,Moneybookers,and other payment methods.

2.Generally, goods will be dispatched in 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Shipment

1. We offer free shipping for all products for most countries via air mail (China Post Air Mail or Hong Kong Post Air Mail). If you cannot choose the shipping method of free shipping, pls contact us to make free shipping for you. the delivery time is about 10-20 days for Asia, European and North America. For Latin American and Africa, it takes about 20 to 35 days. bad weather, holidays, hot seasons or custom clearance might cause delay of the delivery.

2. EMS: The delivery time is about 1 to 2 weeks to reach the addressee. EMS is not applicable for some Latin American countries and Africa countries. if you don’t sure about it, contact with your local post or us to check before placing order.

3. DHL: The delivery time is about 5 to 8 days. When you choose DHL, please make sure the addressee is not a remote area, otherwise, there will be an extra charge of 38USD by DHL, please call DHL to check, or check it on 

4. UPS, FEDEX, TNT and other shipping way all are available, contact us freely to get a quotation for the freight.

5. In order to ensure you receive goods just paying lower, less taxes, we’ll declare the custom invoice with lower value, we lower money is just for helping you to save money. The value do not means the total you paid or anything else. Any import charges is the buyer’s responsibility. (if you wanta declare the goods as other item name, or specified value for custom, please inform us before placing the order)

5. Buyer is responsible for any customs duties if it is required. In most cases, the tax is none or just few, it’s varied by different countries.

6. Please provide correct address and contact information when placing order, goods will be shipped to the order address only. Otherwise, we may not take any responsibility for postage loss of buyer who provides incorrect shipping address.

7. We are not responsible for any problems which caused during shipping such as accident, delay or other issues. And we are not responsible for the Damage or the parcel has been detained by your local custom
