1.Preparing Time: we need 5-7 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day.

2.Delivery time: Before we can ship your order, Sheinside has to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is seperate from the delivery time. Thank you for understanding!

Return or exchange within 30 days from the delivered date.

Request:
1. Items received within  30 days from the delivered date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

If you are not satisfying about the product received from us, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Send us the tracking number when you returned your items, we will refund or exchange when we get your package.

If you received the items that is not you ordered , please take some images and show to us  ASAP, we will resend the right one to you immediatly.

If  the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described and do not fit you then you can exchange to right size but can’t cancel especially for one-size item since we have note the specific size measurement beside them. One size item is not suit for everyone.
